FAQ

Questions answered.

What's in a TerraIQs report?
Every report is a full dossier on a single parcel: ownership, soil profile (USDA SSURGO), FEMA flood exposure, road access & TxDOT AADT traffic counts, contamination/brownfield risk, oil-and-gas wells & pipelines, USFWS critical habitat, utilities reach, population growth, urban proximity, and a composite TerraIQs Quality Score with all 9 component breakdowns.
Do credits expire?
No. Pay-as-you-go credits stay in your account until you use them. There's no clock.
Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
No. There's nothing to cancel. You buy a report when you want one, and that's the end of it — no plan, no monthly fee, no card kept on file unless you choose to save it at checkout.
Is the data current?
Sources are refreshed on their own cadences (typically annually or as they update). Live source list: TxDOT, FEMA, USDA SSURGO, US Census, Texas RRC, USFWS Critical Habitat, plus 254 county appraisal districts. Every report stamps the data vintage on its cover.
I need a lot of reports — is there a volume price?
Get in touch and we'll sort something out. The 3-Pack is the largest published option, so if you're working through parcels in bulk, or want multi-seat or API access, email contact@terraiqs.com and tell us roughly how many you need.
Will the report look professional enough to share with a client?
Yes — every PDF is generated in the same editorial dossier style, with the data vintage stamped on the cover, and it's the same document whether the report was free or paid.
